Shipping Policy
POZZI currently ships to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii and any international countries or other United States territories such as Guam and the Virgin Islands. We do not ship to any address that UPS or FedEx cannot deliver to that includes APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Return & Replacement Policy

For your convenience, we recommend contacting our customer support team at for most issues. We'll do our best to respond within 24 hours.
POZZI provides a 30-day Return Policy provided that the procedures and requirements referred to below are followed. Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). The RA number will be valid for 7 calendar days after it is issued.
When you receive your RA email from us, it will include the proper address to send the return. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, protective cases, USB cable, headphones, etc.), and all instruction booklets and paperwork (without marking). The RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.
Defective Item
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us as soon as possible if the damage is concealed. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 1 business day after the date of receipt. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. We either issue a full refund or ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
Replacement
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

POZZI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your rrder. All fees imposedduring or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

POZZI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
